What is the shelf-life of the Snacking Salami and Snackingham?

Snacking Salami is packed with an oxygen absorber and typically has a shelf-life of 5 months. Snackingham is packaged in a modified atmosphere for freshness and has a shelf-life of 6 months.

Does Snacking Salami and Snackingham need to be refrigerated?

Snacking Salami is an ambient product and refrigeration is not necessary, although wherever possible it is preferential to store them in a cool or refrigerated environment.
